- Background or reasons for selecting this title because of the cancellation of marriage is a matter that is occurring in the midst of society, and this case is one case that became its Religious Court. Cancellation of the marriage occurs due to several reasons as set out in the Act. One reason for the cancellation of the marriage is polygamous Religious Court without permission. Because of these reasons, the authors are interested in lifting the title \"Cancellation of the Marriage because of Polygamy Without Permission\". The purpose and benefits of the implementation of the Job's practice is to qualify for graduation from the Law program at school Vocational Diploma 3 Gadjah Mada University and earned his Associate Expert for the law in this case is also called paralegals and serves as the people's access to legal services. In addition, to develop the student experience and to apply the theory and knowledge that has been gained during the lectures with the real world of work and to know and understand the cancellation problem polygamous marriage on the grounds without permission both administratively and staple his case. The conclusion of this paper states that one reason for the cancellation of marriage is polygamy without the permission of the Religious Courts.
