- Student activity unit (SAU) soccer Gadjah Mada University is a contain for students activities to expand their interests, talents, and expertise in the container of soccer. Currently, procedure registration of new members is still using manual procedure. Students who want to regist must come to Gelanggang Expo and then fill out a registration form. To keep the registries of data being lost or damaged of registration form the committee should conduct registries data from registration form into microsof excel software. Information about the training schedule notified on the notice board located in the student arena. For more information about profiles, match schedules, documentation of events, photo gallery , members data and data managements has been no communication medium that provides to members in particular and students in general. Based on the above constraints, Information System of Gadjah Mada University Soccer Student Activity Unit is built as a web-based to provide convenience for students who wish to register as a new member with the online registration feature. In addition, the system can print a report based on the enrollment period and provide information about Gadjah Mada University Soccer Student Activity Unit. Gadjah Mada University Soccer Student Activity Unit Information System is develop using Codeighniter software framework, PHP programming language, and MySql database. This system provide information about profiles , match schedules , documentation of events , photo gallery , members data and data managements as well as to provide convenience for the registration committee to conduct the data collection.
