  • The development of hotel in this era cannot be separated from marketing strategy which is used by hotel management to market the hotelâ��s product. One of the strategy that the hotel usually used is telemarketing in marketing the hotelâ��s product. One of the hotel that using telemarketing in market the hotelâ��s product is Melia Purosani Hotel. The employing of the telemarketing to market the hotelâ��s product in Melia Purosani is needed to be applied and agreed with the using operational standard in applying telemarketing which is divided in two parts
