- The purpose of this research is to examine the acceptance of mobile devices as accounting education: m-learning at accounting students Faculty of Economics and Business Universitas Gadjah Mada. This research method uses Technology Acceptance Model 2 (TAM2) by Venkatesh and Davis (2000). The respondents in this research are 300 accounting students of FEB UGM. Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) is used as analysis data method with AMOS IBM as analysis tool. The empirical test results show that social influence process and cognitive instrumental process affect the perceived usefulness of using mobile devices positively. In other hand, image does not affect the perceived usefulness positively. Perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and voluntariness affect the intention to use mobile devices. Then, intention to use mobile devices highly affect usage behavior of mobile devices as accounting education. The results of this research may enrich the academic research related to technology acceptance, in this case mobile devices and describe the mobile devices acceptance as an accounting education media at Faculty of Economics and Business Universitas Gadjah Mada.
