  • Patching is a routine maintenance priority in term of road maintenance activity in SKPD-TP of Yogyakarta Special Region. The process of determining patching volume and cost estimation in SKPD-TP of Yogyakarta Special Region has not been implemented yet by a particular method, calculation still based on rough estimation. The aim of this study is to make a model of patching volume and cost estimation based on the age of pavement road, road length, road width, planned equivalent traffic, and costs from patching previous work. Furthermore, this study also has a purpose to calculate the volume and cost of patching work which is needed by SKPD-TP of Yogyakarta Special Region in year 2014. This study was begun by indentifying related variables which data had taken from SKPD-TP of Yogyakarta Special Region and Satker P2JN of Yogyakarta Special Region area, including the age of pavement road, road length, road width, planned equivalent traffic, and costs from patching previous work. Furthermore, those data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis, which normality test and product moment analysis has been done previously. The result shows patching volume estimation model equation is Y = 2215,078 + 262,779 X1 â 348,389 X3, with X1 is the age of pavement road, and X3 is road width. This model shows that between variables above only the age of pavement road and road width which effect patching volume needs. Linier regression makes cost estimation model with Y = 9.092 X + 55.165, X is the age of pavement maintained road or when it would be patched (R2 = 0,872), whereas logarithmic regression is Y = 22362 ln(x) + 59503. From those models, it can be known patching cost estimation is Rp.771.742.531,88 for linear regression and Rp.732.384.626,02 for logarithmic regression.
