  • Observation of Surface Plasmon Resonance (SPR has been widely used as a biosensor, but still expensive and still uses a static system (does not depend on time). In this study, the data acquisition system has been built with the aim to observe the dynamic process of the SPR signal in real -time, inexpensive, and portable use Spreeta 2000. Spreeta 2000 is a miniature SPR sensors have been commercialized by Texas Instruments. Research using the Arduino Mega 2560 as the control panel and LabView as monitoring software. The results of the study are described as the SPR process dynamic signals in real-time. Testing the system using a simple chemical solution (isopropyl alcohol) to obtain a relatively fast dynamic signals and reduce the \"impurity\" in the area of the surface sensor that can cause a shift in the resonance frequency of the SPR. The aim is to study the strengths and weaknesses of SPR biosensor as a technology for continuous monitoring applications. From this study it can be seen that the factors that influence the SPR , and performance Spreeta 2000 as of SPR sensors for dynamic signals to can be used as biosensors. From the study of the most important conclusion is that the system can be fully operation and can detect, display SPR process in real-time. And note also that increase the concentration of isopropyl alcohol, have decrease the output voltage and increase the differentiation with reference data (data without sample), also increase the sensing time. In addition to known factors that influence the SPR, the sample and the circumstances surrounding the sensor (air). For the performance of Spreeta 2000 as a sensor (SPR) signal dynamic , this sensor is good for used as a portable SPR sensor observations, and efficient, but it is also cheap.
