- Role of maintenance of medical equipment is very important to keep the medical equipment in good and ready to use. Maintenance cost of medical equipments are made based on using the previous year maintenance cost and has no standardization. This research aimed to analyze efficiency cost of medical equipment as well as to analyze factors that influencing the medical equipment cost. This research with dependent variable is medical equipment maintenance cost and independent variables such as of price of medical equipment, effective ages of medical equipment, frequency of using of medical equipment, frequency of calibration and training of operator medical equipment. This research used panel data of 29 medical equipment period 2009-2013. Data are collected from maintenance and finance department of RSUD Dr. Rubini Mempawah. Analysis tools of this research are descriptive analysis and weighted least square-fixed effect method of panel data. The use of data analysis is to analyze the important factors that influencing medical equipment maintenance cost. The results of the study by using descriptive analys shows, that generally efficiency in terms of maintenance cost savings over the 5 years average of 1,38 percent, those describe that the budget allocation was usud with relization almost 100 percent. The result of variable price of equipment, effective ages of medical equipment, frequency of calibration positive and significant with maintenace cost of medical equipment. Variable training of operators influence negative and significant on cost of medical equipment while variable frequency of using not take effect with maintenance cost of medical equipment
