- Majority of Indonesia people is muslim, therefore needed of halal product must available. Knowing a product is already certified or guarenteed about halal can be seen on the pack, because to get the label must through many process, one of process is audit halal from LPPOM MUI. The audit evaluate step by step on product processing system, wheter it good or not. One axemple of processing audited is meat processing and handling. Supermarket dan butcher shop Sari Ecco is shop that provides meat and processing meat. Implementation halal system in supermarket and butcher shop is already well but there several not maximal, that is slaughter facility and facilities of post slaughter. Therefore must be improvement.
