  • Related to the necessity of analytical method for cadmium (Cd), lead (Pb), and mercury (Hg) validly and reliably then efficiently for the time and cost as the monitoring to the content of those heavy metals at agricultural product, so this research is needed to validate the analytical method of cadmium and lead by flame-atomic absorption spectrophotometry then mercury with mercury analyzer in turmeric tuberous. Sample has decomposed by wet digestion method through the using of nitric acid-perchloric acid admixtures (2:1 v/v) continued to analyzed Cd and Pb by Flame-AAS then mercury with Mercury Analyzer. The parameter related to this validation of analytical method involve linearity and range, limit of detection (Lod) and limit of quantitation (LoQ), precision and accuration.
