  • Productivity measurement is performed to determine the level of productivity and the relationship between outputs and inputs in the production process that affect the increase and decrease in productivity in the Snack Industry GNP period January 2013 to June 2013 in order to evaluate the performance of the industry and can be repaired. The method used in this final approach using the ratio of output / input. Where to look for the value of the partial productivity, total factor productivity and total productivity period January 2013 to June 2013. Measuring productivity is analyzed by comparing the productivity of a particular period of the base period, which in this measurement using constant prices in the base. Based on the results of this thesis show that the raw material resources of the most dominating influence in the measurement of productivity, amounting to 80.21%. While other resources that have only slight influence which energy resources at 4.98%, 4.19% of the labor and capital of 10.62%. The measurement results show that the partial productivity of raw materials decreased from January 2013 to June 2013, from 1.49 to 1.38 and the labor productivity of 30.17 into 24.66. Productivity energy partial month February 2013 and May 2013 have increased the value of 32.17 and 27.12. Capital partial productivity increased in March 2013 with a value of 14.59. While the total and total factor productivity decreased from January 2013 to June 2013, from 2.66 to 1.4 and 1.22 to 1.07.
