- This research was conducted to evaluate the successful of e-government information technology which involves the concept of use and user satisfaction to the net benefit that received by users based on data collected from a survey the use of e-government D.K.I Jakarta Government Province. The sample of this research is 320 users of e-government D.K.I Jakarta Government Province. After establishment of conceptual model that links use and user satisfaction, the empirical findings show that higher levels of use and user satisfaction are significantly associated with net benefit that received by e-government users. This paper also investigates information quality, system quality and service quality that could affect use and user satisfaction. Data were analyzed with structural equation modelling (SEM) using statistically application AMOS. The result of this research indicated that information quality, system quality, service quality, use and user satisfaction are found to be significant determinants. This study concludes with a discussion of the implications of these findings for e-government services.
