  • E-procurement is the procurement of goods / services that the implementation is done electronically (web based / internet) in order to utilize information technology development in the process of procurement of goods / services as well as to realize the procurement of goods / services that are efficient, effective, fair and transparent. the e-procurement still has some obstacles and problems in implementation. This leads to know how the implementation of e-procurement in each stage and how the implementation of e-procurement on the performance and efficiency of the procurement. This research was conducted in Yogyakarta city government agencies. The method used in this study to use the survey method. Population and sample in this research that the procurement committee or the parties involved in the procurement system, in particular e-procurement. The data then analyzed using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis for result of the effect of simultaneous and partial along with explanation in a descriptive. The results this research is implementation of e-procurement in Yogyakarta city government can be categorized as full e-procurement. The variables that affect the performance of the procurement includes enhancing the competitiveness of an organization, reduce labor requirements and better staff utilization. While the variables that affect the efficiency of the procurement includes Reduce costs associated with business transactions with partners job and lead time saving of procurement. The results of this study are expected to be useful to the development of subsequent studies on e-procurement.
