- The purpose of this research is to identify the main factors that affect the delay in completion of the yearbook project and provide recommendations to Colorful Creatia to overcome these problems. This research is a qualitative study that seeks to analyse the factors of delay in completion of yearbook project in Colorful Creatia by using content analysis and with a fishbone diagram to visualize that factors. The main data source in this research was primary data and it was supported by secondary data. This research found five factors that affect the completion delays of yearbook project in Colorful Creatia. The five factors are handover the job with special request to the craftsman, the amount of computers that are insufficient, the number of production workers are insufficient, the flow of the production process that does not run properly, and the data that given by the customer is not in schedule.
