- The report was explained about depreciation understanding records, disposal records procedures, facilities and infrastructure, and the difficulties in implementing the disposal records at PT Angkasa Pura I Adisutjipto Airport Yogyakarta. The disposal records is divided into tranfer records from Processing Unit to Records Center and destruction of records which are both implemented procedural and non procedural.In addition, this report also discusses the role Records Center Information System (Recis) in support of the implementation of disposal records. There are four methods to submit the data. First, The first is the participation observation and data recording in accordance with the conditions and situation in PT Angkasa Pura I Adisutjipto Airport Yogyakarta. Second, by conducting oral interviews directly or indirectly to the staff. Third, the use of official document that supports the implementation of disposal archives PT Angkasa Pura I Adisutjipto Airport Yogyakarta. Fourth, studies by tracing library books, articles, magazines that support the theme of the author ie disposal recods. The main conclusion of this final report is the process of transfer of records from Processing Unit to Records Center which has been carried out annually and the implementation of destruction records with support of Records Center Information System that helps disposal records in electronic or nonelectronic.
