- Firdaus Clinic as a health institution where people seek treatment and obtain medical advice has about 50-60 patients each day. The clinic records financial and daily reports manually. The manual method requires longer time and higher accuracy in data management. Human error and the risk of loss transaction bill make information becomes inaccurate and has low accountability. So, it is necessary to build a finance information system. This finance information system was web based with laravel framework, MySQL database and process design using DFD. This system provide an easiness transaction recording and generate report automatically, so it is not necessary to count transaction data manually. The results of this system development can be used to record financial transactions in Firdaus Clinic. Furthermore, this system can also generate report in some form, as in tables, and graphic that can be used to know the condition of the clinic.
