- The reports on the practice field contain on the processing inactive records in record center at the DinasTenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi DIY. Purpose of the reports is to understands the processing of record in record center of Dinas Tenaga Kerja danTransmigrasi DIY, facilities and infrastructure used and the problems were found while doing archival processing. Inactive records in records center at the Dinas Tenaga Kerja danTransmigrasi DIY is not arranged so that the need for sorting before processing. Stages after sorting is grouping records, description of archives, the making scheme, maneuver cards description, file maneuvers, wrapping the archive, enter the archive into the box labelling and makes cataloging the search records. In doing archival processing constraints that problems discovered archival processing is limited human resources and the lack of adequate facilities and infra structure required in the processing of inactive records.
