  • This graduating paper entitled â��The Process of Recruitment and Selection Employee at PT. Komitrando Emporio Yogyakartaâ��. This study aims to describe the process of recruitment and selection at PT. Komitrando Emporio Yogyakarta. PT. Komitrando Emporio is an international scale company which manufactures Adidas branded bags in Yogyakarta. This graduating paper is arranged through study literature by reviewing the books that are relevant to the topic, collecting data from the company, and conducting interview with the company staffs. Based on the result of research, it can be concluded that the process of recruitment and selection of employees at PT. Komitrando Emporio was divided into two kinds, namely the process of recruitment and selection of employees from external source and the recruitment and selection of employees from internal source. In the implementation of recruitment and selection employee process at PT. Komitrando Emporio there are still obstacles that are difficulty in determining the standard benchmark thatâ��s used to evaluate the applicantâ��s ability objectively, difficulty in getting applicantâ��s truth answers, and also difficulty in looking for suited people according to his/her related job.
