  • Paracetamol as an analgesic known to have hepatotoxic effects. MH2011 is a compound of paracetamol modifications that have been registered in the Directorate General of Intellectual Property Rights in 2012 with the patent application number P00201200964 and the inventors Drs. Hari Purnomo, MS, Apt which has analgesic activity. Paracetamol modifications performed on alkyl groups attached to the carbonyl C. Alkyl group (CH3) attached to the C carbonyl group is replaced by 4- hydroxy-naphthalene-1-aminida bound Bay aminonaftol. Presence of 4-hydroxynaphthalene- 1 aminida can reduce the positive charge on the ortho position so as to decrease the hepatotoxic effect, even if possible eliminate it. The purpose of this study was to investigate the hepatotoxic effects of paracetamol on MH2011 than male mice Balb / c strain. The hepatotoxic test using 25 male mice Balb / c strain which were divided randomly into 5 groups. Each group consisted of 5 mice. Group I as a negative control (CMC-Na were given 0,5% in distilled water
