- This study entitled CLOSURE OF LIFE INSURANCE AGREEMENT TO CUSTOMERS THROUGH BANK METHOD OF TELEMARKETING REVIEWED FROM UU INFORMASI ELEKTRONIK AT PT.AXA MANDIRI FINANCIAL SERVICES. The research was motivated by the broader market and the effectiveness of the time in answering the needs of every human life insurance in preparing for the future and anticipate the risk of unwanted life. The main issues to be answered in this study is how the formation of the closing agreement with life insurance telemarketing methods in PT. AXA Mandiri Financial Services, as well as what legal basis does life insurance contract through telemarketing methods in Indonesia, and how the protection of customers who commit themselves in the life insurance contract. The research was conducted with the juridical empirical study based on field research to obtain primary data. Furthermore, to support and complement the primary data was also carried out research that is normative, that analyze the problem from the point of view / by law or applicable regulations in this regard is UU No 11 tahun 2008 on Electronic Transaction Information. The results of this study it can be concluded that the formation of the closing agreement telemarketing using life insurance in Indonesia in accordance with the provisions (UU No 11 tahun 2008), which became the basis of the closing force of the law of the life insurance contract is UU ITE No 11 tahun 2008 and Surat Edaran Bank Indonesia 11/35 on the application of risk management in the bank conducting marketing activities working with an insurance company (Bancassurance). Legal protection for customers who unites himself with the life insurance offered through telemarketing methods are also implemented UU ITE No 11 tahun 2008 which aims to provide legal certainty for customers to conduct electronic transactions.
