Tofindout LC50and LC90 of the athanol extract against 3rd/4th instarlarvae of Aedesaegypti.Tofindouttherelationbetweenvariety of the extract ethanol doseandlarvaemortality. Methods.Thisresearchisquasiexperimentalstudyusing WHO (2005)guidance. 3rd/4th instarlarvaedividedinto 7treatmentgroupsand 1 controlgroup. Eachgroupcontains20 larvaewith 3 timesreplicationin 100 ml solution. Larvaemortalitywascountedafter 24 hours of exposureandthe data wasanalyzedusingprobitanalysis. Result.LC50and LC90valueswere 107.23 ppmand 183.1 ppm. The probitregressionlineobtainedisY = -6.2 + 5.52X. Conclusion.Ethanolextract of Zingiberzerumbetroots has larvicidalactivity against 3rd/4th instar of Aedesaegyptilarvae. LC50and LC90valueswere107.23 ppmand183.1 ppm.
