- Indonesia is the largest producer of clove oil . The development of clove oil processing technology into a wide variety of products made of clove oil demand continues to increase . Availability of raw materials is a major factor affecting the sustainability of production of clove oil . Ladek is one alternative raw materials for the production of clove oil . This study aims to identify and analyze aspects of production and financial aspects of the raw material mixture of clove leaves and Ladek . The results showed that the variation of raw material composition using a mixture of leaves and Ladek effect on the yield of clove oil and eugenol content . Leaves and Ladek mixture produce clove oil with yield of 2.68 to 2.96 % and eugenol content of 79.44 to 85.34 % . A mixture of 150 kg leaf clovers and 450 kg Ladek is clove oil feedstock composition of the most economically advantageous .
