- Food diversification represent one of the pillar in realizing food security. But in fact, food diversification still pursued a patterned thinking society. Area of around forest often assume with food insecurity area was indicated that consume of food energy still not yet answered the demand expectation number. This research purpose were analyzing pattern plant and production of agroforestry, consume food of agroforestry farmer household, and factors supporting food diversification. The research method used mix method approach. Quantitative data was supported for explaining qualitative data. Research sampling determined by purposive in Unit Management of Farm Forestry in Ampel District Boyolali Regency. Result of research indicated that agroforestry support food diversification. Pattern plant supporting was agrisilvicultre and multipurpose trees production system with trees on border. Supporting factors to food diversification were intention, social support, personal autonomy, and resources. Less supporting were accessibility information and action situation. Food consumption of agroforestry farmer not yet answered the demand of consumption expectation and including into very food insecurity if expenditure to food diversification only from agriculture earnings.
