- Background: The proportion of HIV and AIDS cases by age group 2002 up to 2006, the highest in the age group 25-49 years old (59.8%) and 20-24 years old (33.5%), whereas in 2007 up to July 2011 more in the age group 25-49 years old (71,79%) and 20-24 years old (18,81%). Based on these data it can be seen the lowest age of HIV cases in the age group above 20 and 25 years old. This means if since infected to get into AIDS condition with five years duration, then the lowest age when infected about 15-19 years old. Aware of the problems encountered in the efforts to prevention and control of HIV and AIDS, in particular to young people gaet 15-19 years, then very precise when PKBI Lampung Province carry out various activities in the prevention of HIV transmission, aimed at young people/teenagers. One form of such activities is a dance for life, or more popularly written to dance4life. Evaluation of dance4life program in the prevention of HIV and AIDS is performed based on Precaution Adopting Process Model (PAPM). Objective: The General purpose this research to explore he involvement of young people to be active in preventing HIV and reduce stigma and discrimination against the HIV-infected through the dance4life in the Bandar Lampung City. Research Method: This research is qualitative research using case study approach. The main subject in this research are students who get the program dance4life. Sampling with a specific meaning (purposive) carried out since the consideration of the wealth of information societies, the ability and authority of the subject. Qualitative data analysis conducted after the completion of the process of data collection and to the validity of the source and the method of triangulation was done. Results: Dance4life dance has a strong appeal for students to follow. Students who take this course have good knowledge about the definition, deployment, and HIV and AIDS prevention, stigma and discrimination. Student conduct information dissemination of HIV and AIDS in schools and neighborhoods. Conclusion: Dance4life program is an unique method to inform HIV and AIDS in the form of drama, dance, poetry, songs, games, comedy short, these methods have an impact on increasing knowledge of HIV and AIDS on students SMP, SMA/SMK/MA. The program also managed to make the students as agents of change for their peers and apply the understanding of stigma and discrimination.
