  • Milk is one food that is very important in human life. Fresh milk from dairy cows containing complete nutritional value and high abortion. Quality of milk produced greatly affect the level of customer satisfaction with the product. The hedonic pricing model is one way that can be done to determine the factors that can make up the price of milk is adjusted to that desired by the consumer. This study aims to determine the implicit price of milk quality components that significantly influence the selling price of milk based hedonic pricing model. This study is limited to the determination of quality based on factors intrinsic quality of the milk. Determination of the factors that make up the price of milk made with fresh milk quality analysis on Koperasi Susu Warga Mulya. The quality of data captured includes data added water, protein content, fat content, total solids, solids non fat content, lactose content, levels of calcium, BJ, temperature, and milking time. From the results of the SPSS 17.0 regression analysis showed that significant independent variable on the price of milk is protein, fat, and lactose, meant for industrial consumers these three variables are important in determining the quality of milk. Implicit price of the significant independent variables, which are proteins of 441.51, the fat is 181.64, and lactose is 174.25.
