- Schizophrenia, one of the world�s most burdensome diseases, was affecting both People With Schizophrenia (PWS) and the caregivers. Siblings played very significant role in PWS� daily living, unfortunately they were forgotten. As the caregiver, siblings suffered from the psychological burden. It manifested in their complains of having confusion, frustration, exhaustion, embarrased, worry and guilt over their feeling of incapabilities in caring their schizophrenic siblings. Untreated psychological burden caused low level of self efficacy, which was directly related to the quality of caregiving. Based on these problems, Program Bangkit was developed. The research aimed to evaluate whether Program Bangkit was able to increase the PWS siblings� self efficacy. The subjects were 3 siblings who were the primary caregiver of PWS and lived in the same house with PWS. ABA Single case experimental design was used in the research. Data were analyzed by visual inspection and qualitative analysis. The result showed the means of burden score among 3 siblings were decreased. Furthermore, the 3 siblings� score of self efficacy were increased. According to the result, the research concluded that there was an indication that Program Bangkit was able to increase the siblings� self efficacy.
