- This study aims to analyze the market value of vehicles belong to Tangerang municipality government that auctioned since 2010-2012, so that could be concluded whether Tangerang municipality government�s determination of limit price is right and this study also aims to analyze factors affecting vehicles auction belong to Tangerang municipality government. The object of this study are vehicles that have been auctioned since 2010 to 2012. Variables that used by this study are limit price, market value, age of vehicles, the number of bidder, the vehicle�s condition, vehicle�s documents, and inflation rate. The data of this study is secondary data. The data consists of 241 unit vehicles and 13 samples for the first study�s aim.There are 248 observations for the second study�s aim. It is analyzed by using market data approach and qualitative response models. The result shows that limit pricedetermined by Tangerang municipality government is under its market value (underassessment). The result also shows that age of vehicles, the vehicle�s condition, and vehicle�s documents significantly influence an auction sale.
