  • research aims to analyze This the consumerâ��s overall satisfaction of Bogor Botanical Garden (BBG). This research focuses on dominant factors of consumer satisfaction and factors that affect consumer satisfaction of BBG. Data used in this research are both primary and secondary data. The primary data used to analyze the dominant factors of consumer satisfaction by using the concept of Servqual and Principle Component Analysis (PCA). The PCA result analyzed by regression to find which factor that affects the consumer satisfaction of BBG. Secondary data show how many visitors visit BBG during 2008-2012. Primary data was collected by spreading 100 questionaires to population. Population consists of BBG visitors. That is why population of this research cannot be ascertained. This research is using convenience sampling. Meanwhile, secondary data of this research was collected by BBG end of year report, year 2011 and 2012. The result of this research shows that there are 6 dominant factors related to consumer satisfaction of BBG. There are responsiveness, reliability, assurance, emphaty, service, and tangible. This research also shows that responsiveness, reliability, assurance, emphaty, and service significantly affect the consumer satisfaction of BBG.
