  • Due to limited resources, the pilot implementation of e-Audit system in the Indonesian Supreme Audit Institution (BPK) is currently using the pilot project method. In addition, in determining the priority the e-Audit system is still using the conventional method, direct election. This study aims to determine the priority of a pilot project unit implementing on the implementation of e-Audit system through the multi-criteria approach for consideration. Multi Criteria Decision Making (M DCM) can be used to help the decision maker on taking structured decisions, which optimal result obtained from the system implementation is expected. this study requires an analysis tool called the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Primary and secondary data are used in this research. Primary data was obtained from questionnaires and direct interview with respondents/expert speakers, while secondary data was obtained from literatures and e-Audit general guidelines 2011-2012, reports and/or documentation. The most important step in the AHP method is problem decomposition. In this step problem is decomposed in five levels: level one (main goal), level two (criteria), level three (sub criteria) and level four (alternative work unit). The criteria used are based on expertsâ suggestion, namely modified STOPE (Strategy, Technology, Organization, People, and Environment) framework. Expert Choice® 11 software is used in data cultivation for simulating the problem. The results of this research are a structured model which can be used by decision maker as a consideration on excecuti ng the next piloting e-Audit phase. The results showed that West Java Representative Office are the best priority chosen by the expert respondents to the global priority weights of 0.352, while South Sulawesi Representative Office second ranks with a value of 0.248
