- E-procurement is the procurement of goods / services that the implementation done electronically (web based / internet). E-procurement is motivated by the weaknesses of the conventional system procurement conducted by directly bringing the parties related to the procurement. E-procurement is present in order to utilize information technology development in the process of procurement of goods / services as well as to realize the procurement of goods / services that are efficient, effective, fair and transparent. In fact the e-procurement still has some obstacles and problems in implementation. This leads to the need to know how the implementation of e-procurement in each stage and how the implementation of e-procurement on the performance and efficiency of the procurement. This research was conducted in Yogyakarta city government agencies. The method used in this study is to use the survey method. Population and sample in this research that the procurement committee or the parties involved in the procurement system, in particular e-procurement. The data then analyzed using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis for assessment of the effect of simultaneous and partial and descriptive explanation. The results of this research is the implementation of e-procurement on procurement in Sleman city government can be categorized as full e-procurement. The variables that affect performance include standardization of procurement and document processes more standardized, enhancing the competitiveness of an organization, reduce labor requirements and better utilization of staff also Enhance relationships with partners. While the variables that affect the efficiency of the procurement includes Reduce costs associated with business transactions with partners and Lead time saving. The results of this study are expected to be useful to the development of subsequent studies on e-procurement.
