- This study aimed to analyze the suitability of performance indicators, analyze performance indicators in Government of Kota Tangerang with logic model extended method (performance blueprint), and analyze the constraints in the process of developing performance indicator. The data used in this study are objective�s performance indicators and program�s performance indicators in performance planning and reporting document. The analysis tool used in this study is Performance Blueprint model which is the combination of extended logic model and Friedman�s Four-Quadrant Analysis. showed Results of the study that performance indicators in Government of Kota Tangerang do not show suitability (logic relationship) between the objective�s performance indicators and program�s performance indicator. According to the result of performance blueprint with Friedman�s four quadrant analysis, most of the output indicators that used in Government of Kota Tangerang are quantity of effort-output (86 percent). Beside of that, the outcome indicators in Government of Kota Tangerang do not show the result-based outcome or community outcome with the percentage of 83 percent. Beside of that, the constraints in process of forming performance indicators are lack of knowledge in forming performance indicator, lack of budget allocation, and poor performance data collecting system.
