Traffic management of MM Kaliurang Intersection was needed which the function is University access to actualize educopolis environment. First step was evaluated intersection performance on peak hours and road users percentage right now and with educopolis concept asumption had applied, then created intersection planning with optimum cycle timings and created intersection design which friendly for pedestrians and bicycle users to actualize educopolis environment in University. The result was MM Kaliurang intersection had saturated, degree of saturation value (DS) > 0,85. From 4 solutions, the best solution was changed the staging in south approach, which was left turn system must follow the traffic light. Delay on each approach was between 40,1 - 60 second/smp, also reduced degree of saturation on each approach below 0,85. For intersection design which friendly for pedestrians and bicycle users, lane width for pedestrians and bicycle users was changed and added, for educopolis asumption only for academic community of UGM each of lane width was 1,5 m and 1 m and for educopolis asumption for all people in DIY Province each of lane width was 1,5 m and 2 m. Each of that intersection design was got delay between 30,3 - 51,4 second/smp, also degree of saturation on each approach was below 0,85.
