- This study aims to analyze the variations that can be happened in economic growth and fiscal decentralization at district/cities in Sulawesi during the period of 2006-2011, and also to determine whether there are differences in the impact of fiscal decentralization in economic growth in districts/cities in Sulawesi before the division for five years (2000-2005) and after the division for five years (2006-2011). In identifying the impact of fiscal decentralization in economic growth in districts/cities in Sulawesi during 2006-2011 using panel data regression analysis to determine the impact of fiscal decentralization with the independent variables are DBH, DAU, DAK, PAD and development expenditure (BPEMB) and the control variables are PDDK and HUMCAP toward economic growth as the dependent variable.
