  • Construction progress in line with population growth. The impact of population growth is increasing the need for a land that means changing land use. Knowing these impacts, it is necessary a water resource management efforts. In efforts to manage water resources, various methods have been developed to approach the true value of the discharge with the modeling assumptions and different. One is the modeling contained in HEC-HMS software. The type of data that is required in the form of daily rainfall data, daily discharge data, watershed maps Bedog and meteorological data. The indicators are reviewed volume, peak flow and correlation coefficient. Once all secondary data collected then performed the analysis process. Analyses were performed using formulas related to hydrological analysis. Based on the results of the runoff volume calibration with Soil Conservation Service - Curve Number (SCS-CN) , the difference percentages of volume in 2009-2010 is 6,70% , while the volume of runoff Soil Moisture Accounting (SMA) in the 2009-2010 is -3,39% . From the verification results of the SCSâCN in 2011-2012, the difference percentages of volume is 32,37% . This value exceeds the tolerance limit set at less than 10% . Thus said to be a poor calibration results . Verification result of the SMA in 2011- 2012 shows the difference percentages of volume 14,78% . It shows a poor result because those values higher than specified tolerances. From the calculation results , the correlation coefficient values obtained from calibration process and verification process for the years 2009 - 2010 shows a low degree of association , which has a coefficient of corelations between 0,2 to 0,4, while for 2011-2012 also showed a low degree of association value with a coefficient of corelation between 0,2 to 0,4 . More research is needed with a longer time span to obtain better results .
