- Land is a place where people run their activities, land as a factor of production has limited stocks. Rapidly growing population leads to the lack of availability of land to support community activities. Thus, it resulted in significant change of land price which increases from time to time and therefore an efficient yet accurate method to determine land priceis highly needed. Utilization Research Ikonos Imagery Distribution to Know the Price of Land in the Minggir District is intended to determine the extent of the benefit of remote sensing methods and Geographic Information Systems in the application of land price. The method used is to process the IKONOS imagery as the primary data source for the analysis of the land prices
