- This research aims to know the influence of the leadership style and culture of organization towards the organization effectiveness. The changes that occur in every area as the world development influence the life order and value of individual or particularly in the industrial environments that call for them to constantly adapt and rise to the challenges that they faced. One of the considerations in order to develop an organization is the organization effectiveness in achieving their objective. Organization effectiveness is a series of activities that conducted by individuals and organization to meet a demand in the organization environment so that being able to achieve the organization�s objective. The result of this research towards 50 employees shows that the leadership style and culture of organization significantly influence the organization effectiveness with value of F=7,595 and p<0,01 with the effective value of R2 is 0,244 which mean leadership style and culture of organization, together, give effective contribution value of 24,4% towards organization effectiveness. Partially test shows that leadership style positively correlates to the organization effectiveness (t=2,526, p<0,01) with effective contribution value of 13,1% and culture of organization positively correlates to the organization effectiveness (t=2,297, p<0,01) with effective contribution value of 11,3% towards organization effectiveness.
