- Background : Monthly LB3 - KIA is very important to base decisions MCH program evaluation . While at the City Health Office Yogyakarta a gap between the implementation of a monthly report processing LB3 - KIA with the plan . Many health centers report that a late entry in the Health Department and the maximum utilization of the program has not led to processing and output maximum is not issued incomplete and inaccurate . Thus, the utilization of MCH program evaluation is not maximal . As a result, the infant mortality rate in the city of Yogyakarta from year to year is always increasing . Objective: To find out the monthly report processing MCH City Health Office Yogyakarta , examine the use of monthly reports LB3 - MCH City Health Office Yogyakarta and find out the bottleneck in processing monthly reports MCH City Health Office in Yogyakarta . Research Methods
