- Ornate to face that may be ordinary. Hunting clothes is a habitual women. However decorating to the teeth be a new things done several times lately. Beautiful and healthy of teeth become everyone's expectations. Definition of beauty then to be into teeth which arranged from left to right when the trend orthodontic braces begin booming in almost every society. Actually orthodontic braces using to set the teeth that overlap and make room for some of the teeth that grow in order to grow perfectly. Beside that, the orthodontic braces can be make appearance of teeth appear more prominent so close even though the shape of the jaw remains the same. Objects that serve to straighten the teeth, has become a trend fashion. Nowadays, using of orthodontic braces has become a trend among teenagers. At present, the reason for the use of orthodontic braces is not longer just for health reasons or straighted the teeth. However, used as a trend or as a complement to one�s appearance. In the past, young people are reluctant to wear orthodontic braces for reasons of shame, and so forth. While the youth today the contrary, make the orthodontic braces as a complement to their appearance. Beautify yourself with orthodontic braces done for various reasons. But still in the corridor in order to look beautiful and perform in accordance with the current trends. This research used qualitative methods. The data were obtained through primary data source directly derived from informants that the four students who wearing orthodontic braces. The secondary data sources derived from the books and the media, both print and electronic which related with theme research. Data was collected by observation participation, in-depth interview and free interview, documentations. The results of this research indicate that the factors behind students to wearing visible orthodontic braces are health, environment, appearance, prestige, and trends. The most dominant factor is the underlying health of which is to improve the structure of the teeth that is not neat. The influence of lifestyle on the use of orthodontic braces can be seen among students of orthodontic braces that serve as one of the supporting performances. Style the use of orhodontic braces used for dental hygiene student and also as a medium to follow the growing trend of the usage trends orthodontic braces. Lifestyle habits can be seen from the student who likes to change ligature orthodontic braces.
