- Vasectomy is one of the programs to support the participation of man in family planning. However, the beginning of implementation of vasectomy encountered several obstacles are information about vasectomy is not given complete to the public, so public often have a negative perception of a vasectomy, except that the culture conditions of social, cultural and religious were also influential. The Office Family Planning Yogyakarta as a provider responsible to resolve any problems that exist. Vasectomy is a program that is already quite long, but until today its participation is still so low. In 2013 a new participant vasectomy in the city of Yogyakarta as much as 29 or 0.45% of the overall achievement of the new participant KB. Based on existing problems that it is important to know how the implementation of vasectomy services were held The office KB to assess the quality of service. Type of this research was descriptive qualitative, the techniques of data collection using interviews, observation, and documentation. The results showed that the implementation of the program has problems are lack of distribution of information, the limited number of personnel kb, and stages of a service is obeyed. This impact on the quality of service less than optimal. The government should be more serious in carrying out and improving vasectomy services in the city of Yogyakarta.
