- Mie gomak or Mie Lidi that is a known area of North Sumatra Samosir. The mention of noodles Gomak itself is taken from the customs of the people who take the noodles that have been cooked in a way �menggomak� in Batak language or \"take a hand\" in Indonesian. Introduction Mie Gomak to the community of Yogya is an effort to improve the traditional product Samosir so that a current can be developed and can be a superior culinary product that can lift the image of the area as well as Aceh noodle, mia Java, ongklok noodles, ramen noodles, and more noodles. One of the efforts made for improvement of noodle products gomak is to introduce the product directly to consumers outside of noodles gomak Sumatra, in this case the consumer Yogyakarta for later. The goal of this research is to identify the expectations and desires of the consumer market towards noodle products gomak Yogya, Yogya determine the level of consumer preference towards gomak noodle product, knowing the level of customer satisfaction with products and prepare noodles gomak combination of product attributes of consumer choice. The results of the study as a whole can be seen in the final conclusion that the dominant combination of consumer choices is taste salty, dilute seasoning, texture soft, scented with the price Rp.15.500 - Rp. 20,000.
