- Biomass potential in Indonesia which could be used as an energy source are very too much. One form of energy conversion technologies that use biomass as an energy source is gasification stove. The purpose of this research is to develop gasification stove model architecture that can be used for biomass combustion using air flow naturally. Taking data was done by setting the variation and the number of holes on the tube reactor and extents of natural air flow openings. The performance of the stove temperature behavior is determined based on the primary, the secondary air temperature, the temperature of the flame, the water temperature and the value of energy conversion efficiency. Research on gasification stove uses biomass fuel is a pine wood that is cut with a size ± 2 x 2 x 2 cm. From this research has been generated stove architecture with a capacity of 0.76 kg of wood and can be depleted within ± 35 minutes in a single process. The performance of the stove is affected by airflow area openings and the number of holes on the tube reactors as the primary air flow. The smaller the natural air flow, the mean temperature of the flame is getting bigger and the more holes the air flow tube reactor on average temperature flame getting bigger. The best performance is obtained at gasification furnace treatment wide variations of air flow 144 cm2 with vent tube reactor number as many as 36 holes on a par with extensive 18,08 cm 2 . On the variation of the mean temperature obtained treatment � median flame of 603,15 0 C. Gasification stove can reach values of efficiency of 18,37 %, higher than a regular furnace that produces a value of 10.65% efficiency.
