- Delay is global and classic problems that often happen in Indonesian construction. Delay is a conditions which the time of completing project is not completed base on the agreement. The delay caused by several factors. The objectives of research are identify and analyze the delay factors on the road construction projects. This research was conducted by distribute the questionnaires to related respondents in Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. This research uses 1L 4M such as labor, machine, money, material, and method as the delays factor. The analysis uses the Analytical Hierarchy Process. The results of research are rank of the delay factors. The rank are labor 46,34%, methods 19,15%, materials 18,72%, machine 7,99% and money 7,79%.
