- Performance measurement is the important factor in the organization�s control management. The right performance measurement can help organizations to direct employees behaviour to do the strategy and to reach the goals effectively and efficiently. Feedback process in the performance measurement can influence employees behaviour, including job satisfaction. Balanced Scorecard is a performance measurement system that not only focus on financial perspective, but also nonfinancial perspectives. Those factors have cause-effect relationship and help organizations link their short-term & long-term strategy. PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Yogyakarta is one of the bank companies that applies Balanced Scorecard as a performance measurement system. In this research, researcher used primary data. Questionnaire gave to all BTN�s employees to know the impact of using Balanced Scorecard to job satisfaction. The result of this research shows there is no direct effect between financial and nonfinancial perspectives in performance system measurement to job satisfaction. But, strategy link in the performance measurement system has a positive effect to job satisfaction.
