- This thesis discuses the implementation of the Fiat Excecutie of Hak Tanggungan carried out by PT Bank CIMB Niaga, Tbk as an alternative to save and completeness of Non Performing Loan in PT Bank CIMB Niaga Tbk. The purposes of writing thesis are to investigate and analyze the role of Fiat Executie in resolning problem loans in PT. Bank CIMB Niaga, Tbk and its obstacles encountered, also to know and analyze the consistency of Fiat Executie arrangements in Indonesian Law of Hak Tanggungan. This study is using a empiric juridical approach to the specifications of analytical descriptive study that describes the facts in the form of secondary data relating to the security law, especially for material security in banking. Based on the research conducted, it can be seen that although there are some obstacles in the implementation of fiat execution Mortgage filed by PT. Bank CIMB Niaga Tbk, but fiat execution may well play a role in reducing the amount of non-performing loans contained in PT. Bank CIMB Niaga Tbk. Authors also concluded that the arrangements contained in the Law on execution Mortgage Mortgage has not been fully able to ensure the smooth execution of the process itself Mortgage. This can be seen from some of the constraints that exist in the execution process Mortgage.
