- This study examines the customer's intention to buy electronic tickets Lion Air. ESQual be the main focus of how it impacts on consumer perceived value, which will arise a sense of loyalty to use the online system in the purchase of an airplane ticket. Using Judgement sampling methods, data collected a number of 110 respondents, and analyzed using statistical methods, namely multiple regression analysis using SPSS. The results of this study indicate there are variables in the ES-Qual rejected. In particular, efficiency and privacy plays an important role in determining the attitude of loyal consumers into buying tickets online.
