- The object of this study is a novel titled Al-Rajul Al-Ladzi Amanaby Najib Kailany. This novel tells a story of a character named Iryan who is restless and does not feelcomfortablewith the life around him. This situation prompts him to try to move from his current place, Italy. Fortunately, his band gets a contract to perform in Dubaifor relatively long time. Iryan tries to persuade his girlfriend, Sofia, to marry him and live with him in Dubai, but she declines due to her fear of commitment. Iryan is hurt and dissapointed. However,he is quickly able to forget her because he meets another girl in Dubai
