- The dynamics of organizational communication is the interaction and interdependence of involving the communicator, the message, the media, the communicant and the impact of communication in achieving organizational goals through the division of labor and hierarchy of authority and responsibility functions. One of the messages conveyed in the organization is the organizational culture. Organizational culture is the culture set in an organization. However, culture is not merely defined as habitual actions or relative behavior or moderate behavior, but rather a unique characteristic of an organizations. In this case, culture is a factor that gives spirit to an organization and distinct it with others. One of organization that has the characteristics is religious organization which is the basis of the struggle are based on dogma or religious doctrine. Pendidikan Ulama Tarjih Muhammadiyah (PUTM) and Seminari Tinggi Santo Paulus is an institutions of higher education that the religious leaders with unique cultural values that distinct them with others'. PUTM and Seminary St. Paul uses various of organizational communication approaches. In this study illustrates how the dynamics of organizational communication PUTM and Seminari Tinggi Santo Paulus in strengthening organizational culture. One of the results obtained is the pattern of organization in both the organization of communication in strengthening organizational culture both formally and informally. This paper uses a study case in order to focus more on the object study and to elaborate more about the objects surrounding. Also, this paper employs method of interview, document tracking and direct observation in the process of data collection.
