  • Performance assessment in the civil servants (PNS) environmental known as assessment work implementation (Government Regulation No. 10 of 1979), using a list of assessment work execution (DP3). But DP3 as performance appraisal instrument is not effective. The aim of this study was (1) to analyze the influence of organizational culture, job satisfaction and leadership style to organizational commitment in the Department of Crop and Livestock Pacitan Regency, (2) to analyze the influence of organizational culture, job satisfaction, leadership style and commitment organization on the performance of employees in the Department of Crop and Livestock Pacitan Regency. Data were collected from 120 respondents through analysis of research instruments that include test the validity of using Product Moment correlation and reliability testing using techniques Cronbach's alpha. Model that used in this study is the SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) which is operated through the AMOS 20th version. The results showed that: 1) organizational culture, job satisfaction and leadership style have a significant effect on organizational commitment in the Department of Crop and Livestock Pacitan Regency
