- The research on the Juridical Analysis of A Default Suit of Plot Sale and Purchase Agreement against Pt. Sarwo Indah Granted by the Verdict of Sleman District Court No.96/Pdt.G/2011/PN.Slmn is aimed at identifying the factors serving as the basis of Judge�s consideration in granting the default suit of plot sale and purchase agreement against Pt. Sarwo Indah and the legal consequences of the default suit of plot sale and purchase agreement against PT. Sarwo Indah granted by the Verdict of Sleman District Court No.96/Pdt.G/2011/PN.Slmn. This research belongs to a normative-juridical research, that is a research conducted through library and documentary research in order to obtain secondary data, consisting of primary law materials, secondary law materials and tertiary law materials. The obtained data were then analyzed qualitatively using descriptive method. The results of research on the verdict of Sleman District Court No.96/Pdt.G/2011/PN.Slmn indicate that the default suit of plot sale and purchase agreement against PT. Sarwo Indah was granted because the Plaintiffs did not receive the certificate of ownership on land and building which had been bought by the Plaintiffs. The Judge�s consideration in granting the suit was because during the trial PT. Sarwo Indah did not fulfill its obligation by not processing the issuance of the certificate of ownership on land and building which had been bought by the Plaintiffs. The legal consequence of the granted default suit is that the preliminary sale and purchase agreement made by the Plaintiffs and the Defendant is valid and pursuant to the prevailing law. Therefore, the content of the agreement must be fulfilled, particularly the Defendant must process the issuance of the certificate of ownership on land and building which had been bought by the Plaintiffs. However, the verdict has not been put into effect because the Defendant was declared bankrupt by the Semarang Commercial Court.
