- One of the problems in geotechnical engineering is interaction between gound and structure. To make ground to structure interaction on nailed slab system modeling, Hardiyatmo (2011) suggested the application of Beam on Elastic Foundation Theory (BoEF) done by Hetenyi (1974). Besides BoEF Method, Finite Element Method (MEH) can be applied to analyze. Analysis was conducted to get deflection ratio of the two methods closest to Laboratory data. The interaction was modeled with vertical, horizontal and friction spring around the column. First research was conducted to obtain the physical and mechanical properties of the sand soil. The main research consisted of concrete elasticity test and slab loading test to get k� and k values and to test elongated slab both with and without piles. Elongated slab test on laboratory was conducted to get MEH and BoEF analysis results validation. After getting appropriate validation, a full-scale model analysis was conducted with 7.5 m � 1.2 m slab, supported with 7 piles
