- Increased motivation of teachers can be done through the selection of the proper orientation of supervision by the principal, teacher involvement in school decision-making and the creation of a conducive schools organizational climate. This study aims to empirically examine the effect of orientation is there supervising principal, teacher involvement in decision-making and organizational climate on work motivation of teachers. The results obtained (a) the orientation of the principal supervision no significant effect on the motivation of teachers, (b) teachers' involvement in decision-making in schools significantly influence the motivation of teachers (c) organizational climate significantly influence the motivation of teachers in SMK Negeri 2 Kebumen. In the research the coefficient of 0.267 Adjusted R Squar. Adjusted R Squar of 0,267 informed that the orientation of supervision, teacher involvement in decision-making and school organizational climate contribute 26.7% of the teachers work motivation, while 73.3% is influenced by other variables not examined.
